Last week there was so much to think about. I could hardly believe my eyes when there was about 27 classes coming though the expo. Then Bellevue and Seventh Day Adventist schools came through too. We were working so hard but I guess it did pay off. We were expecting primary but then a Year 9 class came in and I was a bit embarrassed. I bet you were too. A Year 1 was cute a Year 2 was curious and it was so magnificent because of all the hard work we put in to it. Mr Hanna was very kind to let us do this. We were in the newspaper. My Nana thought Andrew was Trent. That’s my reflection about last week.

Quinn's Acrostic
Dolphins are very interesting creatures
Opo was a famous dolphin
Long as a bike when it is born
Playful leaping is called breaching
Have a long beak and a sharp snout
Incredible is what they are
Not like fish because they don’t have gills
Some dolphins get caught in nets

Quinn's Letter
Dear Weekend Sun
I am writing to let you know about something really cool that is happening at our school. We would like you come to our school. We have made a life size whale. It all started one Monday morning. A little boy named Wade said, “Why don’t we make a life size whale?” We made it out of polythene and we all pitched in and got together. We got some parents to help us and made a life size whale. It is huge compared to us. I like your paper and sometimes after school I go down to the end of the road and get the news paper and I see your paper.
Bye Bye Now
